Erdem Ergin
Erdem Ergin spent 17 years leading field operations with the United Nations in disaster management. After gaining experience in multiple countries, he returned to Turkey in 2014 and continued working on risk reduction through hands-on applications such as scenario planning, drills, crisis center setup, and training programs. These initiatives contributed to reducing casualties by up to 80%.
He later took on roles in project management and business development, helping organizations build a culture of risk awareness. Drawing on this experience, he developed results-oriented, sustainable earthquake preparedness solutions tailored to the private sector. Erdem holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Middle East Technical University (2000), an MSc in Crisis and Emergency Management from George Washington University (2004), and an MSc in Resilient Urban Development from Harvard University (2013).
Louis Boutaud de la Combe
Louis Boutaud de la Combe has over 25 years of experience as a professional master coach, working with organizations on their structures, strategies, and business processes. He has held roles with the World Bank, the United Nations, the European Union, as well as with national and international institutions, companies, and NGOs.
His work focuses on post-crisis recovery, business continuity, and the development and implementation of strategy and policy processes. He has gained executive-level experience in these areas across Europe, the United States, and the Caribbean.
Louis holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Legal Management from Lyon II University and international certifications in master coaching and resilience coaching from the Institut de Coaching International.
